Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Auto Motion Car Rental, you agree to these terms and conditions. The booking confirmation locks in your rate and is not transferable.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 25 years (21-24 with surcharge)
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
- Valid government-issued ID or passport
- International Driving Permit required for non-English licenses
Minimum Rental Period
Our minimum rental period is 3 days. Longer rentals receive better daily rates.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. No convenience charges. Payment is due at vehicle pickup.
No hidden fees! What you see is what you pay.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a one-day charge.
Insurance
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage. Optional upgrades available:
- 3rd-Party Liability - $15 USD/day
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - $25 USD/day
- Full Coverage Insurance - $40 USD/day
Vehicle Use
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Prohibited uses include: off-road driving, racing, towing, overloading, and driving under the influence.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with fuel and should be returned at the same level. Pre-paid fuel option available at $100 USD.
Accidents and Emergencies
In case of accident: ensure safety, call emergency services if needed (Police: 119), contact Auto Motion immediately, document the scene with photos.
