What's the minimum rental period?+
Our minimum rental period is 3 days. Longer rentals get better daily rates!
Do you offer free airport pickup?+
Yes! We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay.
What are the driver requirements?+
You must be at least 25 years old (21-24 with surcharge), hold a valid driver's license, and present a valid ID or passport.
Do I need an international driver's license?+
If your license is in English, no international permit is required. Otherwise, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is needed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). No convenience charges added.
Is insurance included?+
All vehicles are fully insured. Optional coverage upgrades (CDW, Full Coverage) are available for additional peace of mind.
What's the fuel policy?+
Vehicles are provided with fuel and should be returned at the same level. You can also pre-purchase a full tank option.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
What if the car breaks down?+
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Call our emergency line and we'll arrange help or a replacement vehicle immediately.
